Claire Aziza

Virtual Teaching Artist:

EMIR Kids and Teens

Claire Aziza earned her Bachelor of Music degree in music theatre from James Madison University, and is very excited to be doing her first play (not a musical!) She has studied acting at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC, and has big plans to be on Broadway one day! (Go away, COVID!). Her favorite roles she’s appeared in include Ermengarde, in Hello, Dolly! with the Mittelsächsisches Theatre in Freiberg, Germany, and as a featured dancer in many productions during her time at JMU, including Candide and HMS Pinafore. Big thanks to her family and biggest supporters. www.claireaziza.com.

Macy Lanceta

Virtual Teaching Artist:

EMIR Kids and Teens

Macy Lanceta is a Filipina-American actor and creator. She grew up a Military Brat and found her love of theatre through joining different community theatre groups all over the country! What started as an after-school activity to meet new friends grew into a passion for the craft and a career. Macy received a BFA in Acting from Florida State University and moved to NYC shortly after graduating. Since moving to NYC, she has worked with The Tank, NyLon Fusion Theatre, Upright Citizen's Brigade, and became a member of The Bats: The Flea Theater's resident artist company. With The Flea, she performed as an original cast member in the world premiere of Mac Wellman's Invention of Tragedy. When she is not acting, Macy loves teaching and working with young artists. She has experience teaching preschool through high school-aged students. You can follow her at www.macylanceta.com.
